Demo Week 2: Passenger Side Studs
After removing the trim in week 1 demo we were able to get the side wall off, exposing the studs behind the wall. This also exposed some of the welds for the upper cabinet that we want to remove to make room for the bed.
We used an oscillating tool with a carbide blade to cut the weld and loosen the cabinet. We also removed the trim covering the center studs going down the middle of the ambulance. This exposed a mess of wiring, cant wait to sort that mess out!
Next week we plan to remove the ceiling panel so that we can get to the rest of the welds holding the cabinet and to expose the wiring.
